Cricut Circle Weekly Challenge #3: AUTUMN SPLENDOR! Color Challenge

This week we had to INCORPORATE THE COLORS PROVIDED in a swatch (gray, orange, tan and burgundy), AND add lots of TEXTURE to our project. I have to say it took me longer than usual to get this done, because I wasn't that excited about the colors. I am excited to say that I was able to make this project using my Gypsy and Imagine together.  I made a 5x7 card. All the patterned paper is from DCWV's Amber Autumn stack. The ribbon is Offray.  The cartridges used and sizes cut are:

Give A Hoot
Owl & layers-4"
Leaves & layer-1.21"

George
Ovals-4.54" & 4.29"

Cindy Loo
Hello-1"
This was just printed on the cardstock using the imagine, on white cardstock cut at 4x4.

I used the cuttlebug to emboss all of the paper layers. I used Moraccan Screen, Forest Branches, Diamonds in the Rough, & Herringbone embossing folders.  I sewed all of the layers together for texture.
